# Team

### Company / Team

The Coasys project is stewarded by a non-profit DAO LLC, incorporated in the Republic of Marshall Islands, to adapt to a changing technological and regulatory landscape, enable co-governance, and align with its mission. They view the Synergy Engine and ADAM network as valuable public goods, advocating for their management in a non-profit structure to benefit all users. The DAO model also offers a path towards decentralized governance, ensuring the technology remains true to its mission of fostering a healthier and more trustworthy information ecosystem.

The DAO smart contract is deployed on the Ethereum blockchain at address: 0x7dF4fD70a2aD7c520f1d3c056D07d83c3442cF96 (ENS: coasys.dao.eth).

Ultimately, the goal is to transition our non-profit DAO LLC’s infrastructure from an Ethereum-based DAO over to an ADAM Social Organism as soon as the implementation is finished and tested.
