# Funding Campaign

We are launching a pre-sale of an **ERC-20 Synergy Token**, which will be swapped on a 1:1 basis with **SynergyFuel** once the Synergy Engine goes live.

### **Phase I: SAFT with Discount of the Public Sale Price (Sep to Dec 15th 2023)**

* Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) with varying discounts
  * 25% discount until October 31, 2023
  * 20% discount until November 30, 2023
  * 15% discount until December 15, 2023

### Phase II: Synergy Token Generation Event

* Launching the ERC-20 Synergy Token and releasing an early test-net
* Making an additional €6M worth of tokens available without discount

### Phase III: Dynamic Release

* Dynamic release of tokens, specific factors to be disclosed closer to the phase
* Actual usage data from the test-net, as well as certain milestones achieved, may influence the decision to release more tokens&#x20;

### Allocation of Funds

The funds raised from the token sale will be used for the following purposes:

* 30% Building the SynergyFuel currency and the Synergy Engine.
* 25% Further development of the ADAM layer.
* 25% Development of ADAM apps (Flux and more).
* 20% Growth and expansion of the ADAM ecosystem (documentation, education, events).

Through this funding campaign, we aim to accelerate the development of the Synergy Engine and ADAM, bringing about a new era of collective sense-making on the internet.
